Job Description:
Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager? we are looking to speak with experienced Project Managers to oversee all aspects of the construction of new warehouses and commercial units in Glasgow and The Central Belt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all construction activities from inception to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
 •  Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
 •  Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
 •  Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
 •  Monitor construction progress and identify any issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
 •  Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
 •  Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
 •  Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:
 •  Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
 •  Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the construction of industrial facilities or distilleries.
 •  Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
 •  Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of contractors and subcontractors.
 •  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
 •  Experience with project management software and tools.

Salary DOE + 28% Bonus + Package
