The Role:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive office manager to temporarily cover our operations manager during maternity leave . This position is anticipated to be a 12-month fixed term contract. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Human Resources:

 •  Taking ownership of all HR administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, people engagement, wellbeing, performance appraisals, offboarding and overseeing compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Accounting and payroll:

 •  Co-ordinating HR reporting to payroll, processing and chasing sales invoices and processing expenses for the team each month

Team support:

 •  Collating board packs and minute taking for board meetings
 •  General support to managing directors and fee earners
 •  Company event facilitation including booking venues, restaurants, catering, etc.
 •  Travel management – booking flights, accommodation etc.
 •  Producing client documentation including proposals, shortlists & PowerPoint presentations
 •  Creating addendums to terms of business as agreed with prospective clients
 •  Completing requests for information from prospective clients
 •  Temp compliance support
 •  CRM super user and maintain integrity of the database
 •  Primary point of contact for addressing any IT concerns, and escalate issues to our service provider when necessary
 •  CV formatting

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, maintenance and coordinating internal meetings

Requirements

About You:

 •  Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
 •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels.
 •  Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
 •  A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
 •  Resourceful
