We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator / Sales Manager for one of our clients based in Hinckley.

Summary of main purpose of role
 •  To act as first point of contact for answering incoming calls.
 •  To Log & Co-ordinate all customer enquiries.
 •  You will document all sales, ordering and processing of sales orders.
 •  To handle all customer enquiries within a timely manner.
 •  Making Quotations using the internal ERP system, ensuring all documentation is in place.
 •  To ensure excellent communication between customers and the business, following up quotations and maintaining accurate feedback on the quotation / CRM system.
 •  Source, specified raw materials, negotiating best price and lead times to ensure customers receive their orders in required lead times.
 •  Deal effectively with both customers and suppliers
 •  Chasing supplier to ensure on time in full deliveries.

Person Specification
 •  Strong team ethic and capable of working independently as required
 •  Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
 •  Experience in working in a manufacturing SME in a technical environment.
 •  Excellent organizational and time managements skills.
 •  Incredible customer service skills and a solid understanding of great customer service within an internal sales environment
 •  Strong computer skills with Microsoft packages i.e., Outlook and Word
 •  Any experience at looking at specifications or product drawings selling into technical customer an advantage.
 •  Strong problem-solving abilities seeking positive outcomes for our customers.
 •  Experienced of working within an ISO structured environment.
 •  Ability to use and learn new business systems.
 •  Has experience of working on and within ERP / Sales CRM system environments.
 •  Ability to effectively communicate at all levels across the business.
 •  Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
 •  The ability to thrive in a changing entrepreneurial environment and a willingness to turn your hand to anything to help the company to be successful.
 •  Ability to effectively and proactively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast paced and changing environment.
 •  Previous experience in a sales admin/account manager role
 •  Possess ability to work to defined timescales
