This role focuses on the companies range of INFUSION THERAPY DEVICES – the products are premium quality and sold on clinical value and not price.
Role
The Clinical Support Specialist / Clinical Trainer will be a key member of the southern commercial team and lead clinical training, clinical evaluation, implementation and post-sale activity / support for acute based ambulatory infusion pumps specialising in pain management / medicine delivery.
Working closely with the National Sales Manager and Area Sales Managers the appointed person will deliver professional product training and build strong relationships and credibility with key customers within the region. The appointed person will need to travel extensively throughout the south and have the ability to position our client as provider of choice and build a strong understanding of customer needs and required support.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Mandatory
• NMC registration
• Previous experience providing training or education (either within the NHS or with another medical company)
• Previous clinical exposure to infusion
• Strong people skills, organised, credible and professional.
• Full driving licence and an ability to travel across the UK;
• DBS clearance.
