We are a young technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace.
You will be joining a young and dynamic team in our offices in Bristol. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a “Can Do” attitude.
Key responsibilities for our Warehouse Administrator:
• Liaising with clients and delivery drivers on inbound deliveries
• Printing off order pick sheets for the warehouse team
• Maintaining a number of Excel spreadsheets to provide accurate information regarding the warehouse operation
• Using our inhouse WMS systems to maintain accurate records
• Ensuring clients goods are all booked in correctly
• Assist if basic warehouse tasks if needed
Requirements
What we look for in our Warehouse Administrator:
We would love to hear from you if you fit the below criteria:
• Proven experience working in an operational support role or supporting admin role
• Be adept at working with different tech applications
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills
• Experience with Monday board desirable
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise important projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• The ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
