The Digital Training Team at LSCFT is seeking a new Digital Systems & Technologies Trainer to join an existing team of trainers to assist with the implementation of digital systems and IT technologies.
This post will be responsible for providing specialist digital systems & technologies training and the post holder will play a significant role in the delivery of high quality training; ensuring that LSCFT staff are fully equipped to use digital & administrative systems to best effect.
This will include a blend of classroom based training, virtual hands-on training and the creation of e-learning courses.
The role will be responsible for identifying training requirements, developing relevant training materials & resources (including e-learning) and the delivery of training to meet the business needs of the organisation and its stakeholders. The job requires essential travel across Lancashire and
South Cumbria.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
