Requirements
  1.  Customer Engagement:
 •  Actively engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
 •  Listen to their needs and provide personalised recommendations to help them find the perfect sleep solutions.
 •  Build lasting relationships by implementing a customer-centric approach.
  2.  Product Knowledge:
 •  Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, including mattresses, beds, bedding, and sleep accessories.
 •  Effectively communicate the benefits of each product to customers, making their shopping experience informative and insightful.
  3.  Team Support:
 •  Collaborate with fellow Sleep Ambassadors and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
 •  Share knowledge, best practices, and provide mutual support to achieve shared goals.
  4.  Operational Excellence:
 •  Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing store display that stands out from the competition.
 •  Ensure that products are clean, well-arranged, and properly priced.
 •  Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that popular products are adequately stocked.
  5.  Sales Performance:
 •  Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
 •  Create a friendly, non-pushy sales environment that emphasizes a genuine commitment to customer well-being.
  6.  Honesty and Integrity:
 •  Uphold honesty and integrity as fundamental values in all customer interactions and business practices.
 •  Provide transparent information to customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:

 •  Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 •  Passion for promoting well-being through quality sleep.
 •  Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new information.
 •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
 •  Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
