Position Summary: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant specialising in high-tech electronics and engineering, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates with our prestigious clients in the field. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop essential recruitment skills, gain in-depth industry knowledge, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify and source high-quality engineering and electronics professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with our clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs, providing industry insights, and offering top talent for their vacancies.

Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural alignment with clients. Provide constructive feedback to both clients and candidates.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies in the high-tech electronics and engineering sector to better understand client and candidate needs.

Candidate Placement: Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a seamless transition for both candidates and clients.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build a strong network within the high-tech electronics and engineering community.

Data Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of candidates and clients using our recruitment software.

KPIs and Reporting: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, revenue, and other recruitment metrics. Regularly update management on your progress.

Qualifications:

 •  Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
 •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
