Salary – £39,450.00 per annum

Full time

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company electrical and mechanical systems. You will work with our engineering and maintenance teams to diagnose and repair electrical systems and ensure they are running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, controls, power supplies, lighting, and wiring.

Maintain electrical systems, including testing, cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary.

Ensure safety standards are met by inspecting electrical systems for potential hazards.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including switches, relays, and motors.

Install electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, and control systems.

Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure they are working correctly.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment.

Comply with all relevant safety regulations and codes of practice.

Maintain accurate records of all electrical work completed.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.

Knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours

Week 1: 45 hours Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and Saturday, 06:00-finish

Week 2: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 13:45-21:45
