People Support Hub Partner

Our People Support Hub Partners are part of a team providing high quality transactional processing and query resolution for our colleagues and managers for all life cycle activities. This role is specifically focused on supporting colleagues with the Benefits and Reward packages available across the business.

How will you contribute?

Provide advice and guidance on HR queries around Benefits and Reward to both colleagues and managers helping to deliver a great employee experience.
 •  Update and maintain the HRIS to ensure colleagues information and data is up to date and accurate.
 •  Resolve queries regarding employee benefits, working with payroll, systems and 3rd parties.
 •  Manage and prioritise workload to agreed SLAs and KPI’s and payroll cut offs
 •  Update processes and knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures where required.
 •  Ensure that information and data is accurate, and legal compliance is always maintained.
 •  Resolve problems or shortfalls in Service Delivery quickly and efficiently.
 •  Reconcile information held on internal systems against third party portals and reporting platforms
 •  Communicate with colleagues on Benefit changes and ensure updates are made as required
 •  Assist with year-end data reconciliations and new financial year updates, updating colleagues appropriately.

 •  Accurate and timely production of communications for changes and errors in the system
 •  Successful engagement from key stakeholders around projects and change
