Position: Personal Injury Solicitor
Salary: Starting from £38,634
Location: Galashiels, Scotland - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Within this Personal Injury Solicitor role, you will be:
• Managing your own caseload including EL/PL/OL/CICA.
• Working with a mix of pre-litigated/litigated files.
• Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work.
• Taking statements.
• Liability investigations.
• Instructing medical experts.
• Drafting summonses/writs.
• Consulting with Counsel.
• Appearance in court/tribunal.
About You:
• The firm are seeking a Solicitor who loves working in the local community, building networks and leading the approach for the local market.
• They welcome applicants with a newly qualified Solicitor status, as well as those with further PQE.
