This role will suit someone new to the world of of building services that is looking for somewhere to lay the foundations of a successful career.
Role:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring operational consistenacy of electrical building systems through the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
Duties:
• Servicing a wide range of Electro-Mechanical Building Systems. (UPS, Switch Boards, Generators, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, Alarm Systems, Lighting)
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Keeping up-to-date records of works and incidents.
• Liasing with other on-site Engineers, External Contractors, and Clients to ensure the smooth completion of works.
• Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Full Electrical qualification (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ 3, BEng, BSc, HND, etc...)
• JIB ECS Card desirable.
• 18th Edition & 2391 desirable.
