Position: Executive Assistant
Duration: 3 Months
Hours: 37 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Hybrid
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Pay Rate: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum pro rata

Supporting 2 Strategic Directors with their diary management, arranging meetings, preparing reports and presentations and also note taking.

Duties:

 •  Diary management - arranging internal and external meetings
 •  Inbox management
 •  Scheduling travel arrangements
 •  Raising and processing bills and invoices
 •  Organising team events
 •  Minute taking
 •  Processing expenses
 •  Collating reports

The right person for this role will have the following attributes:

 •  Work on their own initiative with minimal supervision and guidance
 •  Experience working at senior level - able to manage with minimal supervision
 •  Experience working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders
 •  Can work to tight deadlines autonomously
 •  Experience in a large matrix organisation - public sector experience would be a benefit
 •  Advanced MS Office skills - word. Excel and PowerPoint
 •  Diary management and minute taking experience
