We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive North America (USA & CA) to join our growing Western Trade team. As the Ecommerce Executive North America, you will have the responsibility of managing and growing our ecommerce and marketing operations in the North America region.
You will have a strong commercial understanding of the North America market, including customer preferences, local regulations and market trends.
As the Ecommerce Executive you will have a basic knowledge in CRM, SEO, PPC & Influencers, be interested in all digital and you will be eager to develop your knowledge of wider channels. You will have the ability to support the Brand Manager as well as surrounding teams.
Responsibilities
• Utilise tools such as GA4, Shopify, Google Search Console & Excel to deliver regular ecommerce reporting.
• Assist with daily website operations including: product uploads, translations, blogs, SEO content updates, site campaigns etc.
• Support the planning, building and execution of Brand strategy
• Identify site improvements to maximise conversions, AOV and overall customer journey
• Conduct research to gain partnerships and market trends
• Monitor partnership traffic using a variety of tools
• Assist the Brand Manager with keyword & market research and site audits to improve organic traffic
• Support with creative problem-solving
• Supporting the creation and management of CRM reports to identify areas of improvement
Requirements
• Prior experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Excel, Google Analytics (GA4) and SEO tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail oriented and highly organised
• Passionate about beauty and skincare
• Ability to work independently and proactively
