Exams and Achievement ManagerPermanent/ Full Time
£48,463 - £52,957Based across St Albans & Welwyn Garden CityKey Duties:• To provide an effective examinations and achievement service to support the vision and mission of the College.
• To manage the organisation of all aspects of public exams and assessments including liaison with awarding bodies.
• To ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of management information to maximise student success.Required Skills:• IT skills sufficient to meet the requirements of the post including the ability to extract, analyse and report data
• Ability to act on own initiative and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative
• Excellent written/oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of national qualifications and an understanding of curriculum issues
• Experience of developing and maintaining systems and proceduresWhat we offer:
