Well, look no further! We are seeking a proactive, personable, stay-awake-at-night type of person.

As our newest team member, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your unique personality and make a real impact on our young
people and organisation.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Well, if you're the type of person who loves working nights, likes to keep busy during quiet shifts, and is always happy to talk
and help people, you're off to a great start.

 •  Record notes on a computer system and maintain effective communication with support staff for smooth handovers.
 •  Keep track of individuals on-site, maintaining building cleanliness and presentation, performing minor maintenance, and
engaging with young people needing support.
 •  De-escalate any situations posing a risk to young peoples' well-being, and conduct regular health and safety checks.
 •  Resolve situations or seek assistance from peers and emergency services, when necessary.
 •  Demonstrate empathy and patience towards our young people.
