Requirements of a Teaching Assistant
To excel in this role, you will need:
A degree in any subject area, showcasing your commitment to academic excellence. A degree at 2:2 or higher is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
An enthusiastic and proactive approach, demonstrating your passion for education and your willingness to go above and beyond to support student learning.
Flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working across various subjects and supporting different teaching styles.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive school environment.
