Business Development Director : Facilities
Location: National/Remote
Salary: Up to A GBP 100,000 + Great Commission
We are looking for a superstar Business Development Director to lead this established team including 2 BDMs to continued success. Your overall responsibility will be to improve the market position and continued financial growth of the company.
This will be both a strategic and sales role, as well as overseeing the direct team you will have dotted lines into all aspects of the business.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent client and consultant relationships and have a pipeline in your back pocket. Excellent technical ability and confidence in bid writing along with all aspects of the tender process including HR are required to succeed.
Your experience within Facilities and IFM sales, will stand you in a great place to hit the ground running. Senior sales experience in other property or catering backgrounds will be considered.
This could be a great step up for a Senior Business Development Manager looking to continue their career.
The Candidate:
• You will be able to demonstrate leadership and success
• You will come from a Business Development background in Facilities/IFM
• Absolute proven seller
• Ideally you will have experience managing Junior BDMs but this isnt a deal breaker
• Deep understanding of the soft FM market
• Ambitious and hungry to succeed
• Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile
• Polished and well presented
• Excellent understanding of all Sales processes including tender and bid writing
