What will you be doing as a Behaviour Support Assistant?
Running 1:1 and group intervention sessions for pupils to improve both their academic and social growth (Maths, English & Phonics)
Monitoring pupil's behaviour and reporting back to the teacher to discuss and implement action plans for improvement
Supporting a variety of pupils with varying SEN / SEMH needs (ASD, ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety etc)This Behaviour Support Assistant position is perfect for those who are looking to gain valuable experience before progressing further in their future career prospects.

Working with a variation of pupils across EYFS, KS & KS2
Supporting pupils with varying behavioural needs (ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma etc)
Leading both 1:1 & group mentoring sessions (Maths, English and Phonics)
Assisting the Teacher with the lesson and materials
ASAP Start - Full-time position
£105 - £110 per day - Term time only
Located in Redbridge Behaviour Support Assistant: SCHOOL SPEC
Inclusive and diverse Primary School
Fantastic SEN facilities (Sensory room, hub etc)
'Good' on latest Ofsted report
Brilliant CPD opportunities
Located within the borough of RedbridgeBehaviour Support Assistant: APPLICANT SPEC
Psychology Graduate or a graduate in a related subject
Have an advanced understanding of the EYFS / Early Years Framework
Previous experience working with SEN / SEMH needs is desirable
