Job Description
 •  Manage and maintain the accounts receivable and credit control processes
 •  Process and reconcile payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
 •  Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
 •  Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
 •  Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
 •  Coordinate with the sales team to support credit application process
 •  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
 •  Comply with all regulations and laws within the retail industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

 •  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
 •  A strong understanding of financial regulations and laws
 •  Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work under pressure
 •  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 •  An educational background in finance, accounting or a related field
