Salary - £40,000 - £70,000 plus car/ car allowance, pension & healthcare

Are you a meticulous Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor with a passion for precision and a background in demolition, remediation, earthworks, and civils? My client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team at their office-based location in RG27.
As leaders in the field, they specialise in transforming landscapes and shaping communities through our diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Utilise your expertise to accurately assess project requirements, costs, and timelines.
 •  Collaborate closely with our project management and engineering teams to develop comprehensive estimates.
 •  Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, site conditions, and materials to ensure precise cost projections.
 •  Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance our estimation processes.

Requirements:
