Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum plus package
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a new challenge? Join one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over a century of industry expertise. Our client specializes in serving blue-chip clients across various sectors including Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Food and Beverage industries.

Location:
You'll be based in either the Stafford or Derby office, with occasional travel required to regional offices and client/vendor sites across the UK.

Dimensions: Manage projects ranging from £50K to £3m, with an annual project volume of approximately £1.5m to £5m.
Organizational Structure:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, internal teams, and clients to ensure effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
 •  Plan and execute projects to achieve high-quality, on-time, and within budget delivery.
 •  Monitor and communicate project commercial performance and progress to senior management.
 •  Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and proposing delivery improvements.
 •  Ensure adherence to quality procedures and manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
 •  Conduct project design reviews and manage engineering and administrative staff as needed.
 •  Take responsibility for site Health and Safety compliance.

Skills Knowledge: Essential Skills:
 •  Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
 •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 •  Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
 •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels.

Special Features:
 •  Must be commercially aware and a team player.
 •  Experience with electrical installations and control systems preferred.
 •  Willingness to undergo annual performance reviews and participate in training courses.

Qualifications:
 •  ONC/HNC/Degree in electrical, measurement, or control engineering or related field.
 •  Project Management certification (APM or Prince 2 practitioner preferred).
 •  IOSH Managing Safely and CDM principle contractor knowledge/experience preferred.

Job Related Experience:
 •  Minimum 2 years of project management experience within a medium or large organization.
