Client: World Leading FM Provider

The site is a high end commercial space which is in operation for the client as one of their many sites across London. The size of the team is around 6 engineers across the site.

As The Electrical Maintenance Engineer Your Duties Will Be:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & Reactive Maintenance

Light replacements, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, minor repairs, changing filters on AHU's,FCU's and other general building service maintenance duties.Qualifications needed: (1 of)

Level 3 C&G/NVQ
18th Edition
