Our client, a family-run Property Development company is seeking Business Development Manager to drive the expansion and success of the business by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
This role offers full-time hours, Monday – Friday based in Exeter. The company offers very flexible working options from the Office, Hybrid and Remote with regular access to the Devon area. You must be willing to travel, as required, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to refine business development strategies
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other methods
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
