Overview
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will manage the entire manufacturing operation within the Peterborough business.
Provide strategic thinking and strong leadership skills to an established team, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production.
Maintain the highest standards of quality and delivery for all manufactured systems and assemblies.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including design, production planning, scheduling, machining, fabrication, and assembly.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
Implement and maintain robust quality control measures.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a consistent message and seamless flow of information.
