Main Purpose of The Job:
Experienced commercial vehicle Paint Shop Manager required based in Droitwich. Working in a modern, busy paint shop. Experience of two-pack paint and the ability to produce high quality work is essential.
Applications are invited from highly competent individuals who are keen to work in an extremely busy environment with a good variety of work.
Duties:
The Paint Shop Manager will oversee the Paint Shop, compromising of Painter/Sprayer's, Preppers and Shot Blast staff.
Manage the paint shop and being able to dedicate your working week to running the paint shop by utilising your previous supervisory/management experience.
The successful candidate would be involved in recruitment and appointment of any new people within the paint department.
Responsible for seeking out new ideas and procedures and implementing the changes.
Negotiating with suppliers to ensure we get the best products at the correct price.
Work with the other team leaders, plan the work schedule in a more professional manner and achieve a more professional result for everyone concerned.
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
Supervising: 2 years (required)
