Are you a 1st line engineer with at least 6 months of recent IT support experience?

Our client is a well-established MSP, and they are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their fast-growing team. The candidate will be required to work on the Helpdesk as well as working on specific projects and tasks defined with you by the Management Team

General Skills & Experience:

Strong customer care and client-facing skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Excellent telephone manner
Organised, focused, and rigorous
Proven problem-solving skills
Able to work in a team environment
Must have the desire and ability to develop new skills on the job
Strong team focus and ability to work with and without direct supervision

Technical Skills:

Hosted desktop environments
Microsoft Windows 7 to 10
