Carbon 60 is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Site Supervisor for its leading Facilities management clients based in West London
This is for an immediate start and contract due to last 3 months
Pay rate is £265 per day PAYE/£345 per day CIS
Working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Duties will include
Safety Management
Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures
Conduct regular safety inspections
Provide safety training to workers Project Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines
Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time.Quality Control
Monitor construction activities
Conduct inspections to identify any issues
Maintain accurate records of inspectionsResource Management
Manage labour resources effectively
Coordinate with procurement teams
Monitor and manage the use of equipment and machinery on-site.Progress Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor daily progress against the project schedule
