Are you passionate about outdoor education and inspiring young minds? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Forest School Lead to join our team in Bromley. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of students in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Main Duties:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Forest School sessions.
Promote outdoor learning and the ethos of Forest Schools.
Create and maintain a supportive and safe learning environment.
Monitor and record student development and progress.
Ensure the health and safety of all participants.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Communicate effectively with school staff and parents.
Adhere to relevant policies.

Requirements:

Experience in outdoor education or similar roles.
Passion for inspiring and motivating students.
Ability to work effectively in unpredictable weather conditions.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Enhanced DBS check required.
