Customer Service Coordinator
RSW are working with their prestigious client based in Maesteg to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator. The position is on a temporary on going basis.
Role: Provide first class customer service and take ownership of customers
Work effectively in a customer service team focusing on workloads to meet deadlines
Engage and develop relationships within the sector
Look to convert orders
Processing of customers orders
Dealing with any complaints and queries
Candidate: Highly self motivated
Professional at all times
Confident communication and able to engage at all levels internally and externally
Focused on meeting deadlines
Ability to learn quickly.
