An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Operative to work as part of the Customer Care Team within Liverpool Clinical Laboratories.

This role will require effective teamwork with a range of stakeholders. Having the energy, drive, optimism and determination to meet all of the challenges ahead will be as vital as bringing sound knowledge of best practice to LCL. This role will be responsible in delivering a support service to our stakeholders.

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.

The Trust runs Aintree University Hospital, Broadgreen Hospital, Liverpool University Dental Hospital and the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.

Key responsibilities:
 •  Provide a patient result service, by delivering verbal patient results.
 •  Running and printing patient reports.
 •  Answering the telephone/taking messages.
 •  Reception work and general office duties.
 •  Assisting with the running of the area.
 •  Dealing with enquires related to the service.
 •  Photocopying and distributing documents.
 •  Administering internal and external post.
 •  Liaising with other members of the team in all matters relating to the service and maintenance of high standards.
