Inventory Manager

The business is looking for a driven and motivated Inventory Manager to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role
• Be an ambassador for the new Inventory Management function
• Establish and drive forward a new Inventory Management function
• Create value for the company through Inventory excellence
• Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
• Lead the Inventory team to ensure high performance of the entire Supply Chain
• Build and maintain effective relations with other departments
• Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices
• Manage priorities and expectations based on business demands
• Depot delivery performance
• Perform annual stock takes
• Supplier queries and returns
• Job queries and returns
• Propose and implement improvements across the Supply Chain
• Create and maintain an Inventory dashboard Maintain master data on system(s) and in other locations
• Site Travel required
The Person
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Multi-site line management experience required
• Previous experience in Supply Chain roles is essential
• Experience in a Manufacturing / Service environment is essential
• Supply Chain related qualification such as IoSCM is required
• Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Teams is required
• Experience with any major ERP system is required Able to work autonomously under agreed direction from senior management
• Advanced analytical skills
