Customer Services Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate who loves working with clients and customers. You will be an engaging and positive individual, who builds excellent working relationships and enjoys solving problems. This is a busy and varied role which will keep you challenged and motivated.
Your day will include lots of different tasks and you will be able to manage your workload in an organised manner.

This role would suit someone who has maybe worked in an office for a couple of years, has some good telephone and computer skills, but is looking for an opportunity to join a fun and vibrant company to develop further. You might have worked in account management, customer services, office support or sales administration.
Your experience will need to be coupled with fantastic communication skills and a desire to do well.

Some of your duties will include:

 •  Respond to RFQ’s and follow up on quotes
 •  Negotiation of price in accordance with limits set
 •  Trade inventory stock by means of exchange, loan and sale
 •  Source and assist with pricing of inventory for specific customer requirements
 •  Processing of sales orders and all related documentation without unnecessary delay
 •  Negotiating with customers
 •  Maximizing all sales opportunities.
 •  Responding to customer priority requirements as required.
 •  Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to prevent delays to customers
 •  Provide after-sales support to customers including appropriate resolution of complaints to the customer’s satisfaction
 •  Developing relationships and business opportunities with customers.
 •  Prioritize processing by customer priority.
 •  Update databases with relevant information
 •  Assisting Marketing department with research as required
 •  Participation Rota providing an out of Hours Service to customers.
 •  Active participation in Department Meetings
 •  Being Alert to Human Factors
 •  Review system data, prior to quoting customers.
 •  Adhere to the Aged debtor guidelines.

The job is based at our clients Braintree office & once fully trained, there is the possibility to work home one day a week.

Competitive salary with 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
