Primary Teacher

Are you an EYFS, KS1 or KS2 teacher?

We are currently recruiting for class teachers who are available to work in the Penzance – Camborne area. We can offer you flexible working hours though we do require you to be available at least 2 days a week. We can offer you pre-booked and on the day bookings to ensure you get as much work as you require.

You may be required to plan the day if the booking is made in advance or if you are working with the school on a long-term basis. You will also be required to mark students work at the end of the day, communicate effectively with the teaching assistants within the class and be able to work as part of a team.
You will need to be confident when going into different classes and have good relationship building and behaviour management skills.

You will also be required to communicate with the headteacher, SENCO and in some cases parents and carers about the students’ progress.

It is extremely busy in schools, so we need reliable, enthusiastic, and dedicated teachers.

You will be required to arrive at schools for 8.30am and you will finish at 3.30pm. We can offer you a flexible working week with an online diary for you to update your availability on. Within this role you will be given continuous opportunities to build your career by introducing yourself to different schools and broadening your knowledge.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
