Working for some of the world’s largest household name brands they work with a range of high-profile technology and telecoms companies delivering a wide variety of different events, ranging from small VIP meetings, UK conferences, European roadshows and international incentives.

The Role
Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing accounts they are now looking for a Senior Event Producer to come on board and work across their diverse portfolio of projects!
A broad role responsibilities include:
• Managing the end to end delivery of a range projects and campaigns
• Client and account management
• Ideation and inputting creative ideas into projects and proposals
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
• Creating and communicating project timelines
• managing content creation including design, video and digital
• Resource planning across the project teams
• Working with Production Managers to coordinate technical and production requirements
• Preparing the run of shows and content schedules
• Budget management
• Onsite management
The Candidate
Candidates need to be confident client facing and have a broad knowledge and experience across a range of events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event production and content creation, including digital and video. Agency experience is preferred and any exposure to working within the tech sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
You must be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast-growing creative agency.
