Transport Manager - Exciting Opportunity
This school are looking for a dynamic Transport Manager to oversee their transportation services. This role includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high safety standards across the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic and overall management of the transportation team.
• Budget management and cost-efficiency planning.
• Implementation and oversight of transportation technologies.
• Maintenance of fleet compliance with VOSA, DVLA, and insurance regulations.
• Development and management of incident and safety protocols.
• Coordination of transport for various school-related activities.
• Managing vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Must hold a full PSV CPC Licence, Cat D preferable.
• Proven experience in a similar management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, resourceful, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
