Position: Production Operative
Location: Littlehampton
Reporting to: Supervisor
Key Responsibilities: Cutting and preparing rubber blanks for moulding.
Operating heated hydraulic power presses.
Identifying and reporting scrap, escalating issues to the Supervisor.
Adhering to strict process specifications and maintaining high-quality standards.
Adhering to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies.
Multiskilling – willingness to train and work in various production areas.
Supporting business needs by undertaking tasks as requested by management.
Skills and Qualifications: Ability to read specifications and work with high accuracy.
Dexterity and attention to detail.
Experience working as part of a team.
Working knowledge of rubber and associated manufacturing processes (desirable).
Previous experience operating a moulding press (desirable).
salary-£24960
Shift- Mon-Thu 7AM-17:30PM
