• Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations and ensure smooth running.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll data.
• Implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
• Provide support and guidance to the payroll team.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Senior should have:
• A strong understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
• Proficient with payroll software and systems.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
