The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a dedicated team of staff.
The Role:
• Overseeing the training and development of restaurant staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
• Implementing and maintaining effective systems for managing reservations, billing, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborating with the hotel’s marketing team to develop promotional initiatives that drive revenue growth for the restaurant.
• Managing food and beverage costs to maximise profitability while maintaining high-quality offerings for guests.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
