About the role:
As a support worker you will be providing compassionate care and support to children with learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will involve creating a safe and nurturing environment and empowering the children to build positive independence skills.
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and additional health needs.
Pay starting from £13.32 per hour PAYE and £16.40 per hour Umbrella
Requirements for you as the Support Worker: Experience in Children’s Support Work
Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
Be able to travel to High Wycombe in your own vehicle or by public transport.
Shift Times: Waking Nights - 21:45-07:45.
30 hours per week.
