Your role as a Double Up Care Support Worker will be a harmonious dance of compassion, empathy, and collaboration.
Your daily tasks may include:
Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, with the support of your co-worker.
Building genuine connections with individuals and actively engaging in meaningful conversations.
Preparing meals and ensuring dietary needs are met, while your partner provides assistance and companionship.
Administering medication accurately, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring safety at all times.
Supporting mobility and daily living activities, working in sync with your co-worker to enhance independence.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members, promoting holistic care and seamless communication.
