About the company

Randstad are excited to be working with an organisation that specialises in providing therapeutic care for young males with a traumatic background, using an evidence-based approach rooted in the latest guidelines. They operate therapeutic communities that aim to foster pro social skills and independence in their residents.

The Role

Key responsibilities include safeguarding and managing boundaries, facilitated by open communication and active relationship-building, which has led to notably low levels of incidents and challenging behaviours.
The role involves varied daily tasks from mentoring and guidance to recreational activities, contributing to the overall well-being and development of the boys. Staff are encouraged to bring diverse skills and openness to new experiences to the team, which includes in-house educational and therapeutic staff, fostering a therapeutic community atmosphere.

This role heavily emphasises relational dynamics and supports the development of staff self-awareness in relation to others.
