Are you a skilled Technical Manager that can lead a helpdesk team? This role involves overseeing a Quality Management System to ensure high service standards are consistently met. Additionally, the Technical Manager will provide both proactive and reactive technical support and ensure continuous operation of the tech support desk, which includes maintaining 24/7 coverage.
The role also requires acting as the primary point of escalation for technical issues.
