About Our Client
We are working with an award-winning provider of Hire Purchase Agreements for motor vehicles throughout the UK.
Established in 2014 and currently at over 100 employees, they are looking to grow the business and consequently to grow their legal function, and seek a confident In-house Paralegal to support on litigation matters within the business.
Job Description
What to expect:
• Be responsible for managing caseload within the Car Finance Sector.
• Drafting Letters of Claims, Pre Action-Applications and advice letters to customers.
• Drafting proceedings to obtain return of goods order and money claims.
• Provide reports, prepare claim documents, ensure compliance with court deadlines and directions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful In-house Paralegal should have:
• Litigation experience and experience managing own caseload.
• Experience in customer services.
• Good IT and communication skills.
• Financial Services background desirable.

A salary DOE up to approximately £30k plus benefits including 8% pension, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and flexible working from Chester.
