Job Description
 •  Managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
 •  Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock control.
 •  Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints professionally.
 •  Training and developing team members.
 •  Assisting with store operations including opening and closing procedures.
 •  Implementing company policies and procedures.
 •  Assisting the store manager with administrative tasks.
 •  Overseeing the security and safety of the store.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Store Manager should have:

 •  A solid background in retail management.
 •  Excellent leadership and people management skills.
 •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 •  Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
 •  A customer-focused approach.
 •  Good knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
