Keltbray are recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to support with the rapidly growing Infrastructure business. This role will require someone who has recruitment experience and who will be able to work hybrid from the Crewe office.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, attending site visits where needed.
• Hold regular update meetings with hiring managers.
• Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms and manage applications.
• Screen candidates, ensuring they have the skills needed for the relevant role.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Coordinate interviews and send out confirmation emails.
• Maintain relationships with agencies on the PSL.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Business Partner.
Skills and Experience
• Previous experience working within recruitment.
• Be able to work at a face pace.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Be willing to attend site visits.
• An understanding of confidentiality and an ability to use discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and be reactive to changing priorities.
• Excellent Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
