French Speaking 1st line Technical Support

Saffron Walden, Essex

£23,000 - £27,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, weekly rotational shift patterns of the following:

8:00am – 4:30pm

9:00am – 5:30pm

3:30pm – 12:00am (to be worked from home)

Due to expansion, my client based in Saffron Walden is seeking a French Speaking 1st line Support to join their team.

We are seeking candidates who are fluent in both English and French to deal with front line enquiries via email, telephone, live chat and a ticketing system.

Ideally you will have some IT or customer service experience, however junior candidates who have a passion and desire to get into an IT role will also be considered.

Who are we?

We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an awarding-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our wonderful client base.

Duties:

 •  Act as a 1st line IT Support person for all incoming support enquiries.
 •  Troubleshoot the basic areas of the companies platform.
 •  Work with customers on Live chat, Email, Phone and Ticketing services to ensure they are given the best level of services possible.
 •  Handle all incoming enquiries, ensuring they are communicated with other teams if required.
 •  Ensure all issues, requests and tasks are logged and communicated with other teams if required.
 •  Escalate issues to the 2nd line and Technical Pre-Sales Team as necessary.
 •  Assist with the replication of issues as necessary.
 •  Deliver handovers between the global 1st line Technical Support Team.

What we are looking for:

 •  Fluent in French and English
 •  Ideally you will live no more than 25 miles from their office in Saffron Walden.
 •  The ability to drive – this is not a requirement for the role however public transport is not great to their location.
 •  You will be confident, self- motivated and have a customer-first attitude to build relationships and win business.
 •  Ideally a strong Knowledge of PC Hardware, the Windows platform and application support (this is not essential for junior candidates).
 •  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
 •  The ability to retain information as well as an appetite to learn.
 •  Strong customer service skills.
