Service Manager - Spelthorne

Salary – £31,750 per annum Plus on-call payments and benefits

Location – Spelthorne Full-time – 39 hrs per week

It is essential that they have a fully valid driving licence and use of their own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

About the Role

They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Spelthorne Team and will need to demonstrate the commitment, knowledge, and flexibility needed to support single homeless People with complex needs, to achieve positive outcomes. Experience in working with other agencies and the ability to supervise staff is a prerequisite.
As important as experience and ability, is a sense of energy and confidence to take on a new role and make it work.
