SALARY: Up to £56,650 DOE
HOURS: 3- or 4-Day Working Week (34 Hrs/Week)

Working in one of their Primary care Hubs, in a purpose-built site based near the Town Centre, you will be supported by a multi-skilled team who continuously strive to ensure and maintain the highest standards of patient care and best practice.
Duties:
• Delivering care to non-registered patients by F2F consults and/or telephone/video consults
• See, treat & diagnose at first point of contact
• Prescribe within your role of Independent Prescriber
• Follow necessary Referral Processes as required
• Work Alternate Weekends
