 •  . Report and Analyse the manufacturing KPI’s to improve H&S, Efficiencies, Material and Labour variances, Quality, GMP and production standards 2. Ensure completion and accuracy of the production plan, food preparation, weekly stock take of all WIP and ingredients in the production areas.3. Ensure health and safety standards (See Care Share) and BRC standards are maintained and improved throughout the preparation and production areas.4. Assess the performance of the Line Staff on an ongoing basis both informally and formally via appraisals and implementing sound training and recruitment plans when required.5. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with other shifts / team leaders and staff at all levels in Technical, NPD, Warehouse and Engineering departments.
